Meet Badrip from Santa Barbara Mountains in eastern Honduras, on the border with Guatemala. The Santa Barbara Mountains and the nearby Yojoa Lake create a unique microclimate for coffee production. The region has never suffered a drought, and the mild climate lasts throughout the year and allows the stress-free cultivation of coffee. In a cup, you can taste red apple, walnut and chocolate.
